Ok wasn't sure since it isn't really given a name in game

It maybe a while till we see a new game plus page. There are a lot of spoilers involved from what I read online.

The game has only been out for a week

This is a wiki, and they shouldn't concern themselves with spoilers. It's literally what wikis do. To worry about spoilers would be to neglect the purpose of the wiki.

I agree, if you come to a Wiki, you should expect SPOILERS, otherwise avoid it until you finish the game.

I suppose new game plus makes sense? Or calm it “The Unity”? Or “The Starfield Multiverse”?

I don't recommend ng+ until you have really for sure done everything that you have wanted to do and are atleast lvl 60 or above.
