So, it seems like the main storyline has stalled out. I’ve found a bunch of temple locations, but I’m not getting anymore quests from Constellation to move the main story line forward. I’m playing on an Xbox X. Did I do something wrong?
What's on your mind?

Starfield
Is there a point to smuggling black market items to places like Neon, Akila or New Atlantis outside of crimson fleet quests, when you can just visit the The Trade Authority on the Key or the Den and not get scanned unlike the other places I mentioned.
Just Updated
I personally don't bother with outposts at all for resource gathering I don't see the point since I can buy all the materials for crafting from vendors even the rare resources and it is not expensive since most weapons and armour sell for a fair amount and credits aren't hard to come by.
Even for general use I find my ship fulfills the role of accommodation pretty well.
I'm curious what everyone else thinks about outposts and there usefulness.
I'm not sure what's going on here. The ship is supposed to be a derelict vessel. The ship hails you automatically. Which is proceeded by a witch's cackle.
All that is normal for the ship. Since it's supposed to be a literal ghost ship. As in it's haunted. This is where it gets weird. The ship has a live crew. All crew members speak with generic robot dialogue.
Biggest bugs effecting me are items falling through homes, after spending hours decorating 😂 waypoint and mission markers and items seemingly missing from chests. Honestly, loving the game but just noticing the overall playability isn’t there whether it’s feeling lost, no use of even a compass at the top similar to Skyrim, or being at full capacity in my inventory. Once accepting I need to treat Starfield like Skyrim and save save save, just in case, has saved me from bugs and issues countless times.
Biggest issue I have with playability is being over-encumbered. I’m very use to this from Skyrim and Fallouts and I understand not wanting players to pick up everything they see but surely the effects on the player weren’t always this severe. After 10 mins of my player about to collapse I’m finding it hard to see straight myself the visual and affects on player are just too much. Having to try and find the sweet spot between moving and walking, the spot between creeping forward and about to collapse is making me want to turn it off. I’ve also managed to get a huge 75% resources weight decrease from the Mantis armour however this has seemed to make no difference whether it’s adventuring or outpost building the whole time I’m unable to see my o2 my screen is just flashing red.
Hopefully there is an improvement to the whole idea of over-encumbered and the navigation system. Just the feeling of being lost or passing out are the biggest ones for me, even having the ability to simply walk forward fully without having the effects and without having the hold a position to keep me moving but also keep your player alive is a killer.
I wondering if anyone else has this problem?
I can't find the satellite to fix it.
There is no indication to where it is
So in my first 2 hours of playing I killed the pirate leader for the early game quest and went exploring on the planet before I left for new Atlantis well my first exposure to the terrormorphs was a level 10 terrormorph chasing my level 3 character I used up all my ammo and kept jumping on top a a structure I was close to with no ammo I had to use my cutter to finish it off it scared the crap outta me I was yelling at my tv the whole time great first impression I'm enjoying the game so far
Anybody else feels this way? My favorite companion from Fallout 4 was Cait, from Fallout 3 was Clover. These are from Bethesda games so I expected some variety in companions instead of 4 "hero wannabes". There's a pirate faction, where's the pirate companion? This is supposed to be an RPG yet seems pretty limited.
Now, I don't expect Bethesda to be on Larian's level, Baldur's Gate companions are all extremely well written, all have different motivations, personalities, morality and even their romances are well done. Maybe the problem was that I played Starfield after playing Baldur's Gate so I was a bit disappointed.
It's a nice game, don't get me wrong, I just expected better from the creator Fallout and Elder Scrolls. Lore and Companions are really important for me to really get into a game but was underwhelmed in both aspects. The gameplay is nice though.
So many earth locations are being found out, but there are a few I don't know how do get. One is the leaning tower of Pisa, the other is Utah. We have a pic of the later, but not of the former.

Today we got a teaser and with it some amount of information. If you guys picked up anything or I missed something feel free to comment on or discuss it, I won’t be offended if you call out my mistakes lol
Obviously it’s a new IP in space, and the first new series in 25 years.
It releases on 11/11/22.
Xbox and PC exclusive.
It will be based on a group of lost explorers in space, part of a group called Constellation (?)
Beth is highlighting the rpg elements, saying you can “be whatever ... do whatever...”

"Conste" most likely means "Constellation". What's this? Space Corporation such as NASA Space X or Roskosmos?
PC Gamer has a good article on pretty much everything we know about the game. I'd recommend you check it out here:

Something of interest that I didn't notice is as follows:
"We are actually a camera floating in space in this clip. You can see flecks of ice on the lens. As the sun catches the camera we see a word written on our own device reflected on the lens. It shows a logo and a partial word: constellation?"
What do you think this could mean?
Check out this article: fextralife.com/starfield-know-bethesdas-next-title According to this, a user on 4chan claimed to be a Bethesda employee. I know, that may make you skeptical, but most of their predictions were correct and made sense. They also made some "leaks" about Starfield. According to them, Starfield will have followers, much like Skyrim. They've also stated that there will also be alien prostitutes as well (not sure how to feel about that). There's a lot more, and I'm not sure whether to believe them or not. However a lot of the information they've provided sounds close to true, and they've made correct predictions. Though, they might be guesses.
Do we have a release date for Starfield? Or even a year? Rough estimate?
