Walkthrough[]
You are tasked with speaking to Vae Victis once more, although now he's a suspect. He'll confirm everything you suspected and provide you with a backup story, to make another take the fall. The choice ultimately will be yours. Head up to Interstellar Affairs. Hadrian and Percival will be there; choose whichever story you want to enact. They will discuss a few other times if you so decide, but otherwise you can proceed to the Cabinet.
Once there you can still change your mind about the two main topics, Involving Vae Victis or not is really up to you, and deciding what method will destroy the terrormorphs is up to you too. After that, you'll be promoted to “Class One Citizen”.
