A Shipment for Salinas is a miscellaneous mission in Starfield. It can be started by visiting Vicente Salinas in Apex Electronics in The Well.

Detailed Walkthrough[]
The Spacefarer can find Vicente resting in Apex Electronics. When asked what he does, he will say he helps Henrik where he can. When you state you'd like to do business with him, Vicente states he will only do business with people he knows and trusts. He then asks the player to pick up a package from Red Mile on Porrima III in the Porrima system and return it to him in exchange for his business.
After landing on Porrima III you can retrieve package behind some machinery near the dumpsters, in the small alcove behind Red Mile. You can then deliver the package straight back to Vicente for your reward.
Salinas lets you know he will hold up his end of the bargain. "Salinas Hardware" is now open for business to you, and he unlocks the door in the back of Apex Electronics.
