Detailed Walkthrough[]
Imogene tasks you with making a competitor look bad by planting an ARC device into their hardware. The ARC device is basically an m.i.t.m. device to intercept and control the communications at a certain location. You are to travel to HopeTech, sneak to your target. The target is the inside of a spaceship under construction. Be careful as there is a security guard on said ship. Then plant the device without being witnessed. Some guards won't care, which is potentially a bug. Once completed, Grav jump back to Neon and go tell to Imogene at Ryujin Tower.

- If you finished the Freestar Ranger mission line's penultimate mission (The Hammer Falls) violently, hostile guards may have re-spawned at the front of the HopeTech building. Killing them will reflect negatively on your performance record. Also, since they are right at the only entrance, you cannot sneak around them. Use EM weapons or non-lethal powers (like Creator's Peace) to avoid forfeiting your bonus. If you have none of these you can try simply running past them and hiding until they lose track of you — they don't do that much damage and the rest of the building security is not hostile.
