Argos Extractors Mining Outpost is a location on Vectera in the Narion system. It is a facility operated by Argos Extractors, and is featured in two main missions: One Small Step and Back to Vectera.
Walkthrough[]
Southern Building (Mining building)
There is a weapon box behind a locked grilled door that requires master-level Hacking located in the southern building (left from the landing pad). The locked door is in the room with the mine elevator.
In that same building, there are two logs each from Lin and Heller. Heller's Personal Log #2 is in the room with the mine elevator on a cart to the left. Heller's Personal Log #1 is on a black cart next to the elevator to the mine. Supervisor's Log #1 is at the back of the storage room, sitting on a brown crate. Supervisor's Log #2 is in the first room in the building, atop a cutter crate to the right of the entrance.
In that same building, there is a credstick in the rightmost locker in the center room. This can be useful for players looking for early game credits.

You can also find a NASA coffee mug behind some hidden black rocks near the bottom of the mine right before entering the Artifact cavern.
There is an out of service toilet which is clogged by Heller.
Office/Communications/Living Quarters Building
Heller's Cutter is inside a cutter crate in the office/communications building. When entering the right building, head directly right from the initial office area towards the warehouse. You will see the gray cutter crate with the cutter inside.
There is a safe that requires expert level Hacking located in the communications/office building (the right building from the landing pad).
The skill magazine named Trackers Primer 05 is found in the communications/office building at the outpost, within the dormitory/bedroom area on one of the nightstands.
