Benjamin Bayu is the CEO and majority stakeholder of Xenofresh Fisheries, as well as the administrator of the city of Neon and a member of the Freestar Collective's Council of Governors. Many Neon Citizens view Bayu with both fear and distrust, as his enemies have a habit of disappearing.
Background[]
The city administrator of Neon, who seems to enjoy the power of his role, ruling over it with few checks on his authority. Bayu can be found in his suite on the second floor of the Astral Lounge. Bayu lives in a penthouse atop the Trade Tower, looking down apon the city, his city.
Benjamin’s Father was the previous Administrator of Neon.
Benjamin Bayu has a half-brother, Breyson Bayu, who is currently the head of R&D in Genedyne Industries. Breyson got this job due to his brother.
Rumors circulated that Bayu was either affiliated with the Seokguh Syndicate or directly influenced their actions. Dalton Fiennes states that Benjamin outright owns the Syndicate. Which, is backed up when the Spacefarer has to get permission from him during Guilty Parties to infiltrate their headquarters.
Bayu seems to have eyes and ears everywhere in Neon since nothing can apparently happens without him being instantly aware of it. In fact, he is able to surprise the Spacefarer thrice by waiting for them instead of their contacts (or in one case, with said contact), though things never ends up in violence.
