Bobby Katz is a character in New Atlantis.
Background[]
Bobby can be found at the entrance from the spaceport when the Spacefarer first enters New Atlantis. UC Functionary Brooks is preparing to give Bobby over to a foster family. A survivor of the attack one Starstation RE-939, his parents did not escape on the same shuttle as him and he remains under the belief that they will be arriving on another shuttle. Prior to the attack, Bobby had never been in a battle before and was told to keep his eyes closed; however, this proved difficult while running. Initially he thought the attack was by Ecliptic Mercenaries, but it was House Va'ruun. Bobby could only describe them as "people yelling about serpents and stuff".
Bobby is later reunited with his parents after the shuttle arrives to the city.

- There is an unconfirmed theory that Bobby and his parents are Va'ruun spies due to Bobby's cheerful behaviour after a deadly attack by Va'ruun Zealots and the unlikely reunion with his parents.
