Detailed Walkthrough[]
With the knowledge that information about the Legacy can be found on the Siren of the Stars, travel to the sip. Larry Dumbrosky, a Galbank executive, is known to be traveling on the Siren of the Stars, and his credentials are the key to access the Galbank archives containing the location of the Legacy. The Captain of the Siren of the Stars is Evgeny Rokov, who is looking to rejoin the Fleet and is willing to provide aid. The Earth Saviour Award is also located on the ship, which is to be awarded at a gala event onboard the Siren of the Stars, and is an item of interest for Naeva Mora.
At the gala in the Starview Ballroom onboard the Siren of the Stars, are several Society Patrons of the Terran Preservation Society. They will share information that Larry Dumbrosky is connected to Klaudia Swist. After approaching and persuading Swist, she will admit that Dumbrosky, herself, and Gabriel Vera came up with a plan to embezzle a fortune from Galbank. Since Vera is hesitant to talk in the open, Evgeny Rokov advises to disable the life support system, as this would force all the passengers to their cabins and unlock the doors to said cabins. With the help of Chief Engineer Sandin, disable the life support system to cause an emergency.
With the emergency in place, enter the room of Vera and speak to him. After learning of the intel gathered by Klaudia, he will provide a transaction log and further evidence to persuade Dumbrosky to give up his credentials.
If Sheila Holbrook, head of the ES Society, has been persuaded to give you the passcode for the safe at the purser's office, one can steal the ES Award there. If one has failed to persuade her, or wishes to avoid the attempt, Evgeny can be approached who will provide a way to blackmail Sheila into cooperating.
With at least the GalBank Credentials in hand, one can thank Captain Rokov for his help and travel to the Galbank Archives in New Atlantis. The archives are guarded by a seemingly nervous GalBank Guard, who will provide access after showing Dumbrosky's credentials. Upon entering the archives, Ecliptic thugs will attack and have to be killed. With the location secured, find out where the Legacy went missing.
With the new information, return to the Key, and give the information to Delgado. If one obtained it, the Earth Savior Award can also be given to Naeva. With the knowledge that the Legacy is in Bannock IV, an EM-Class Gas Giant, Delgado is a bit disappointed as no ship can land on or near Bannock IV, because of the very high electromagnetic field there.
Depending on the recommendation, Rokov will or will not get a second chance with the Fleet. Depending on whether the evidence against Rokov is turned in, Rokov can also be arrested by UC SysDef.
After finishing up with the Fleet, return to the US Vigilance and report the progress to complete the quest.
