Brogan is a character in Starfield.
Background[]
Crimson Fleet captain leading a group of pirates chasing the Frontier ship. He is sure that there are “treasures” hidden on board the ship. The player encounters him outside the Kreet Research Lab during the initial mission "One Small Step". This is the first "training" elite miniboss from the beginning of the game, his level is higher than the rest of the pirates and the player. Brogan wears the Pirate Corsare spacesuit set. With the Persuasion skill, he can be convinced to let the character go without a fight. After the battle begins, a reinforcement team lands near the laboratory from a pirate ship. Upon death, Brogan's corpse will have a random weapon or equipment of increased rarity on it.
