Background[]
On board the starstation you can see the inscription "Pulsar Systems Staryard." From the entry in the control room computer you can find out that this company originally owned this staryard. They, however, had to stop working and the station was abandoned. The station was later found by a group of outlaws and towed into the asteroid belt orbiting Andromas IV-a. Hannibal Eutropio hired the group to work on the station. Having restored it, Hannibal's subordinates turned the staryard into a Chop Shop, where stolen ships were dismantled for parts or, after repairs and falsification of ship records and serial numbers of units, were resold. They would also repair and modernize ships for clients who would not want to attract the attention of the authorities.
