EM Weapon Systems is an Expert Tech Skill.[1] It increases the damage output of EM Weapons in Space Combat.

Progression and Strategy[]
To level EM Weapon systems, mission boards can be used to get instances of space combat. The starting ship, the Frontier, does not come with EM weapons. The player will need to get them elsewhere.
EM Weapons are great for disabling ships. This is (obviously) a natural choice for piracy-minded players, but is by no means limited to them.
The Targeting Control Systems skill is needed to get the full use out of EM Weapon Systems, but is not required.
