Background[]
The spacefarer meets Evgeny Rokov aboard Trident Luxury Lines' cruise ship the Siren of the Stars. At the time of the first meeting, Rokov is the captain of this ship. A few years ago, Evgeny was kicked out of the Crimson Fleet, but has retained his ties to the pirates and wants to rejoin the Fleet. During his time as captain of the Siren of the Stars, Evgeny committed several crimes and is under suspicion from the company's management; he expects an investigation against him in the near future and wants to leave the ship as quickly as possible. If you say that Evgeny Rokov's help was useful, Delgado may change his mind and give Rokov a second chance.
