Frank Renick is a character in Starfield.

Frank operates Neon Tactical, a gun shop in the Ikuchi Market area of Neon's main concourse. He's a prickly and therefore lonely veteran whose only companion is a robot named Styx. When speaking to the Spacefarer, Frank refers to Styx as his “complaint department.”
He lost his eye fighting on the Freestar side of the Colony War but considers himself lucky since most of his fellow soldiers died when their troop transport crashed.
Styx came into his possession after the death of a customer who owed Frank thousands of credits, and the city of Neon awarded Frank the customer's storage container with the robot inside.
Though Frank frequently attempts to talk to Styx about the state of crime in Neon and his difficulties dealing with PTSD, the robot is not programmed to understand or respond to his statements.
Frank has a beef with Warlord since the gang leader tried to rob his shop and defaced Styx with graffiti.
