Harper is a character who appears in the Starfield animated short "The Hand that Feeds".[1]
Biography[]
Harper and his companion Ada lived a life of petty crime in Neon, robbing and killing to survive. Ada dreamed of more, however, and one day seized her chance. Harper and Ada heard a gunfight and arrived to find the combatants dead, with a defenseless Ryujin Industries employee cowering in a corner. Harper attempted to kill the employee, but Ada stopped him, leading to an altercation that marked the end of their partnership. Ada gained the advantage and shot Harper in the shoulder, grazing him and forcing him to retreat.[1]
