Helena Chambers (ID SSCOM1327:HCHA) is one of the survivors of the attack by House Va'ruun on Starstation RE-939[1] who recently arrived at New Atlantis.
Background[]
The administrator in charge of the station at the time of the attack, Helena has disgraced herself by failing to initiate the proper evacuation procedures and is stripped of her title of administrator. Following her arrival, she is assigned to work in the Spaceport District's Terrabrew Coffee, although she is critical of the way operations are run.
During her tenure as administrator, Helena took a ruthless approach to management, developing the S.P.E.C.T.E.R (Supervise, Provide, Engender, Correct, Train, Expect, Repeat) Management System that relied on fear and aggression to force self correction of employee's behavior.[1]
