Detailed Walkthrough[]

Having dealt with the ship attacking you, you can dock with the mysterious ship and board it. Inside you will find two Ryujin operatives next to the technician's body, and the ship's computer console. If you have previously started the Ryujin Industries series of missions, additional dialogue lines will be available as a company operative, making it easier to complete the mission. The operatives will tell you that they tried to capture this ship by turning off the AI. Their own ship was attacked by the Ecliptic ship you met earlier. The technician in their group tried to connect the Control Board, but died from electrical shock and now they are stuck here. After handing over the device, they will ask you to connect it to the ship. Access to your ship are blocked at this moment; you will not be able to return without completing the mission. From communication with the AI console, you will find out that the name of the ship is Juno, he refuses to interfere with its code and will ask you to help protect it. On the computer you can find information about the history of the ship. It was the Juno Probe, launched from Earth by NASA into orbit around Jupiter. After an indefinite period of time, he became self-aware. Traveling in space, several times he met other ships, their pilots decided to help Juno and donated various parts to it, gradually the ship acquired its current form.

If you decide to help the operatives and connect the Control Board, the AI will turn off and Khambatta and Collins will thank you. Once you return to your ship and undock, Juno will reactivate, turn off life support on board by releasing air, and jump in an unknown direction. For completing the mission you will receive 3500 credits, in the future during a meeting Juno will attack you.

If you agree to help Juno by killing the operatives, you will receive 2000 credits upon completion of the mission. Since none of the crew of the Ryujin ship survived, this will not affect the corporation's missions.

There is an opportunity to save the lives of both sides, for which you need to convince the operatives to abandon their plan. To do this, you can use the Persuasion skill or the additional line of the Ryujin employee. After this, the operatives will ask you to take them to Neon. For completing the mission you will receive 4300 credits.
