Karl Fielding is a miner for Deimos. He owes Adler Kemp some serious money and has a family to provide for. He barely earns enough to put food on the plates or so he says. He is staying in Cydonia's Residential block, sitting there. His behaviour once you speak to him is sketchy, as he tries to wiggle away from the debt he owes.
Get Karl Fielding to pay off his debt to Adler Kemp.

"Something I can help you with?"
Nope, sorry, thought you were someone else."Whatever."
Adler Kemp sent me to teach you a lesson."Hey, slow down. I don't even know what you're talking about."
I'm here to collect the credits you owe to Adler Kemp."Adler Kemp? Who the heck is that?"
Do you owe money to anyone or not?"Of course I owe money. Unless you're independently wealthy, everyone's in debt nowadays. I owe Deimos, I owe my landlord, I owe GalBank. Heck, I have a tab a parsec deep at the Spear. It's an endless list. So why don't you just leave me here, let me get drunk and find someone else to bother, okay?"
I really don't have time to play games."What? Play what games? You're obviously confusing me with someone else."
Adler is serious about this debt, so I suggest you pay quickly."Adler, you said? Nope. I think you have me mixed up with someone else."
[Diplomat] We're both well aware of Adler's temperament. The wisest move would be to cooperate."Yes... yes, of course. You're right. Adler's not going to just give up, is he?"
[Crippling] If I broke your arm, maybe that would help jog your memory."Okay, all right... no need to get violent. Let me think. Wait, you said "Adler Kemp?" Yeah, sure... I remember him. Totally forgot I borrowed a few credits from the guy. My mistake."
"Look, I'm tired. It's been a long day in the mines. I just want to go home, wash off the dust and relax. This has been... fun though."
Well, it's been nice knowing you. I'm sure your funeral will be lovely."Hey now, *Nervous laughter* take it easy there. Let me think about that person you mentioned. Adler was it? Hmmm."
I'll go back and tell Adler you said that."Adler... Adler..."
[Boxing] Glad I've been working out, then. I've been itching to use something as a punching bag."*Nervous laughter* Hey, I'm only kidding with you. Give me a second to think."
[Combat Medic] Do you understand what happens to the human body when exposed to Mars' atmosphere?"Hey... there's no need to get so crazy."
"Ohhh, wait. You mean THAT Adler. Yeah, sorry, I thought you were talking about someone else. I told him I'd pay up next week when Deimos cuts our next profit share check. I'll even bring it to him personally. Sound good?"
Pay now, or Deimos will be sending your corpse home in a casket."Come on. Give me a break!"
I don't think Adler is going to be satisfied with that option."Well, I mean, he doesn't really have a choice."
That's not good enough."What the heck do you want me to do?"
"Look, I haven't got a single credit to spare right now, okay? Can't squeeze blood from a stone, you know? Right?"
Adler thinks you spent all the money on booze."Hey, now wait a second. Just because things are tough and I might be spending my afternoons at the Spear, doesn't mean I don't care about my family. Adler doesn't get to judge me. He's just a lowlife pirate who thinks he can push everyone around."
Why are you hurting so badly for credits?"I'm a miner for Deimos. It's not what I was hoping for out of life, but here I am. Lousy company pays me a salary, but I depend on the profit-sharing bonuses to keep food on the table for my family."
[Attack] I've had enough of this."No, get away from me!"
Promise to stop borrowing from Adler, and I'll pay the debt for you. [3000 Credits]"Holy crap. Really? You'd do that for me? Wow... I... I don't know what to say. "
"Thank you. For everything. And don't worry, I'll never borrow anything from Adler again. I promise."
[Persuade] I'm tired of playing games."What games? Why are you doing this to me? I don't have the money!"
"I know Adler's paying you to lean on me, so you're just doing your job, but I swear, I've got nothing left. If I give you the last of my credits, my family starves. I can't afford to do that... I won't do that. Please, tell Adler I'm sorry for trying to wiggle out of the debt. I didn't have much of a choice."
