The ship Kepler S (Class B) is one of two possible rewards that can be obtained for completing the Overdesigned quest. This side quest is given by Walter Stroud after completing the main quest "All That Money Can Buy". Other reward - Class C ship Kepler R.
Acquisition[]
You will receive Kepler S as a reward if you do not fulfill the conditions for receiving Kepler R: in the dialogue with lead designer Jules select the “lower budget” option, complete only 1 optional marketing mission.
