The proprietor of Offworld Eats, alongside their husband, Lee Leonard Without their partnership, the restaurant would never have come to fruition. At the time of their meeting in 2322 aboard a Trident Luxury Lines cruise,[2] conducting a tour of the Sol System,[3] Kosmos was a trained chef and Lee a nutritionist at Oishii. After a year or two of dating they married and have been together for five years, marrying in 2325.[2][4]
Initially the plan was to use their ship to bring in ingredients from across the Settled Systems, however, the costs of setting up the restaurant left them without a credit to their name. As the bills piled up, selling the ship was the only option available to render the restaurant business viable and switch to a supplier import model. The choice of location in Neon's Underbelly was one of affordability, rather than choice.
