Lillian Hart is the mother of Cora Coe, and the ex-lover of Sam Coe.
Characteristics[]
Biography[]
Lillian was responsible for recruiting Sam Coe to the Freestar Rangers. Lillian came across Sam after he was ambushed by pirates and was impressed with his piloting skills. She looked the other way with regard to the contraband that Sam was smuggling, officially stating that it was 'jettisoned in the fight'.
Lillian and Sam became a team in the Freestar Rangers, and they eventually had a daughter, Cora. After they separated, Cora stayed with Sam and started travelling with him when he joined Constellation. Lillian doesn't approve of the arrangement and believes that it is too risky for Cora. However, she has not provided an alternative place for Cora to stay. She lost touch with Cora for a while, Freestar business always taking precedence over seeing her daughter. However, she has now been speaking with Cora for a couple of years without Sam's knowledge. Cora was the one who initiated the contact, convincing her mother to join a “book club” with her.[1]
At the time of the game, Lillian is working a deep cover operation for the Freestar Rangers, investigating the Seokguh Syndicate. She sneaked into Victor Compound on McClure II with a fake ID and cover, but she is about to be discovered due to the murder of a confidential informant who was meant to be arranging her transport out. She is rescued just in time by the Spacefarer, Sam and Cora. She asks the Spacefarer for assistance with her mission — taking out a Seokguh underboss, Valerie Mosquera. Mosquera is located on Andromas III and has an army of men and robots at her command.
