Admiral Pascual Logan is the Fleet Admiral in command of the UC Navy and also a member of the Cabinet.

Background

Early in his career, Pascual Logan served with the United Colonies Navy. Following his promotion to admiral, he found that making decisions that could end the lives of soldiers serving under his command was never easy. At times, he even felt a bit guilty, sitting behind a desk deciding the fates of others. Though he served his time in the fleet, he felt if he were a younger man, he would be back with the fleet again. He believed that the UC's fleet had to be the strongest, and that there was no alternative.

• In the "The Journey Begins" trailer for the game, a document featuring a text of Pascual Logan can be read, centered around the Crimson Fleet. It reads as follows:

Pirates of the Crimson Fleet have extended far beyond the Kryx system, and have established footholds in the Sagan, Cheyenne, Lunara and Narion systems. Both SysDef and the Vanguard are committed to ridding United Colonies space of these parasites.
