Kumar, the Paradiso Café Luxe Barista, heard that there is a Tranquilitea sommelier staying at the resort. He would like me to obtain a secret recipe from them. Rowan Masterson on the hotel's rooftop terrace. You can use Persuasion to obtain a recipe, or bribe. Pay size is 4000 credits, and if you complete the mission at a relatively low level, the reward may be less than this amount. Returning to Kumar, you can demand an increase in the reward.
