Roach is a member of the Trackers Alliance. He accompanies the player character during a test mission, aiming to break the record of successful missions.
Background[]
Upon entering the TAHQ, Roach will be in a one-sided discussion with No. 1 over having to partner up with a rookie recruit. He is close to breaking the record of succesful missions in a row, and so far, each attempt has been broken by a rookie recruit dying on the job.
