The Siren of the Stars' is a cruise liner ship built in its own shipyard and operated by Trident Luxury Lines.
Background[]
Delgado, during the Breaking the Bank mission, directs you aboard the “Siren of the Stars” to obtain the credentials of a high-ranking GalBank executive, the ship's captain must help you. Naeva Mora privately gives you an additional assignment: together with Evgeny Rokov, they have been planning for several months to steal the Earth Savior Award. She wants you to get this reward and give it to her. Naeva wants to use Rokov and not give him his share, and does not want Evgeny to return to the Fleet.
Evgeny Rokov meets you in the cargo compartment, introduces you to the situation and gives you the key to access the interior of the ship. After being kicked out of the Crimson Fleet, he falsified his resume and was able to get this job as a captain with Trident Luxury Lines. In his cabin, you can find information about the crimes he committed while on the ship. If you refuse Evgeny Rokov's help, he will tell you about additional security measures on the ship in connection with the award ceremony, and will advise you not to resort to a direct attack.
In a conversation with the current director of the Terran Preservation Society (TPS), Sheila Holbrooke, who is responsible for organizing the ceremony, she will tell you that the award is made of precious jewels and metals. It is transferred only for safekeeping and must be returned before the next award. The previous director of the Society tried to steal the award and escape, but was arrested and is now in prison. The Earth Savior Award is kept in a safe in the Purser's Office, Sheila can be persuaded to give you the access ID.
Evgeny Rokov will advise you to ask the ceremony participants about Larry Dumbrosky. From them, you can learn about his connection with Klaudia Swis. After interrogating her, you can learn about Larry's fraught with bank accounts, and about the role of the corrupt officer Gabriel Vera in covering up illegal actions. For the opportunity to meet face to face with Gabriel Vera and Larry Dumbrosky, Rokov will offer to raise the alarm by rebooting the life support system. He will offer to tell Chief Engineer Sandin that he will forgive the gambling debt if he does not interfere with you.

Layout[]
Docking Area and Crew Quarters[]
After docking from the airlock through the corridor, one finds themselves in the cargo compartment. Above it there are quarters for the crew members and the ship's bridge. Among the quarters is the captain's cabin, holding Captain Rokov's Computer and evidence for the quest "Burden of Proof". The room also holds a master-locked safe. In another of the Crew Quarters, one can find the Deck Officer Galatas's Slate slate.
From the crew quarters, one can go through the service premises to the Starview ballroom. Alternatively, one can take a detour from the crew area near the cockpit to explore the passenger cabin area.
Passenger Cabin[]
The central area of the ship, connecting the crew quarters with the Starview Ballroom. It holds the cabins for the passengers aboard the ship, as well as the purser, Chief Purser Murata, working as the item storage for the passengers. There are two computers - the advanced-locked Purser's Workstation and the Safe Room Computer, which requires a Claim ID - found in the purser area. Behind the locked door is a safe containing the Earth Savior Award.
Upon entering this area from the cockpit, Klaudia Swist is found sitting on a chair. The passenger cabins are locked with expert-locked doors - within Kladuia Swist's room, a piece of blackmail information in the form of the My Darling Klaudia can be found. Computers next to the rooms display who the passenger is that is renting the cabin. The sole exception to this is the cabin of passenger Greyson, which is under maintenance. Within is a novice-locked door, and on a table next to the bed is a slate, Passenger Greyson's Slate.
Starview Ballroom[]
The ballroom is entered either through the kitchens (if entered from the crew quarters) or from a top balcony. Within are the Society Patrons of the Terran Preservation Society. The top level also holds a bar, with numerous bottles of Chandra Chardonnay on wine racks and several exotic bottles - both of view being worth hundreds of credits apiece. There is also a small storage area with an expert-locked safe.
On the lower level is the main ballroom where Gabriel Vera can be found. There are also stairs going up to the VIP deck where Larry Dumbrosky can be found. A door on the lower level leads to the Engineering Deck.
Engineering Deck[]
The engineering deck consists of several rooms, including a novice-locked door leading to a server area. Inside some Va'ruun Heretic Writings and a contraband cache can be found. The main path leads to the Environmental Control Center, operated by Chief Sandin. It also holds the Environmental Control Computer, which requires Chief Engineer Sandin's ID to unlock.

Captain, we've received your incident report regarding Deck Officer Kendley, who was reported missing about a week ago. According to what I'm reading, it looks like you've conjecturized that Kendley had a drinking problem and was last seen in a drunken state near one of the main airlocks. Three minutes after the sighting, the airlock triggered, depressurized section 7A and then Kendley was unfortunately sucked out into space. If this sounds accurate, we'll continue our investigation from here. If any new information surfaces regarding the incident, keep us informed.

Captain, could you please confirm and advise on the following missing items from VOY-765? According to our dock master at the arrival port, these did not arrive as expected.
- 10 Crates of Precious Metals
- 15 Crates of Wine/Liquor
- 10 Crates of Synthetic Cloth
- 20 Crates of Furnishings
Once you fill out the incident report, we'll start investigating. Probably just a miscount at the origin end of the voyage but doesn't hurt to keep things safe.

Captain, please be aware that the Terran Preservation Society will be booking the Siren's next voyage and they require full use of the Starview Ballroom. Extend every courtesy to their people and ensure that their event goes exactly as planned. This is a significant client, and we don't want to risk losing this account. We'll send specific details in the future.

Captain, we are still awaiting answers to our inquiry regarding the Siren of the Stars's last three voyages. On every occasion, the ship's cargo was several thousand kilos lighter at the arrival port. Simply chalking these up to "human error" is unacceptable. May I remind you that the missing cargo holds a substantial dollar value that we're responsible to cover due to loss? If we don't have a proper report from you by the end of the month, we will be forced to launch a full investigation.

All right, Rokov. I talkted to the big guy, and just like I thought, he said there's no way you're coming back. You had a chance, and you blew it. How hard is this to understand? Between you and me, the only way you're going to get him to change his mind is by giving us something we can sink our teeth into... something big. And it better be good because last time was a disaster. Trying to offload 20 crates of furniture wasn't worth the time or the money, so never again!

I'm going to throw you a bone, Rokov. Got a deadbeat on your ship, one of the crew. Name's Kendley. He owes us about four large from some bad bets he made back on Neon and now Vincent wants his head. Make sure Kendley misses his next trip and we'll see about changing the big guy's mind about having you back.

Good work on the Kendley thing. Not only did you send a message to every deadbeat in Neon, but you notched up a few ranks in my book as well. Only problem is it wasn't enough, I'm going to need more. The big guy doesn't want to budge on this one, so you need to light a fire under his ass. You need a big score. Huge. Keep your eyes and ears open and I'll see what I can do on my end.

Got your message about the "prize" that's about to find itself aboard. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. Since the event is coming up in a few weeks, I'll jump back home and try to convince someone to come out there and lend you a hand. Going to keep this one kind of quiet or else everyone will want a piece. If this works out, I'm almost positive the big guy will change his mind about you. Might cost you a chunk of change, but you want back in so you can play the long game, right?

Lockdown Procedures[]
Trident Operations Manual SOTS-02-21.28
In the event of a ship-wide lockdown, the Purser on duty will lock their computer, and report to their mustering station on A Deck. Any passenger with a valid Claim ID will still be able to access their goods through the auto-retrieval system. Once the lockdown has been canceled, the Purser on duty will return to their normal posting and continue to assist passengers until port-of-call arrival.
In the event that the vessel has been attacked either internally or externally, the magnetic seal will be activated on the safe and access will be fully restricted. Any passenger with a valid Claim ID will have to wait until the ship's alert has been canceled to access their goods.
Claim ID Procedures[]
Trident Operations Manual SOTS-03.11.02
Once a valuable is stored in the Purser's safe, the passenger is to be issued a Claim ID (Supply Code TCL-0808A) that will allow them to access their valuables at any time. Note that the Claim ID will use the safe's internal compartmentalization system to only allow access to the passenger's specific valuables.
In the unlikely event that the safe becomes overloaded, please apologize to the passenger, and tell them that they are welcome to use the safe located in their cabin to store their goods. Note down their name and contact the passenger if any Claim ID's are returned.

For safety reasons, Life Support Access cannot be sealed without approval from the Chief Engineer on duty. See Trident Operations Manual SOTS-02-23.43 for details.
Emergency Procedures[]
Trident Operations Manual SOTS-02-20.40
In the event of an Alpha (LSU-01) life support failure, Beta (LSU-02) will automatically activate. In the highly unlikely event that Beta (LSU-02) has failed, Gamma (LSU-03) will automatically activate. If a catastrophic failure has occurred, and all three units are offline, an automated order to deploy environment suits will be broadcast throughout the ship.
Please contact the Chief Engineer on duty for further details, or refer to Section 20 in the Trident Operations Manual.
Lockdown Procedures[]
Trident Operations Manual SOTS-02-21.30
If any life support unit fails, an automated emergency lockdown procedure will be placed immediately into effect. All passengers will be ordered to calmly proceed to their cabins until such time as the Captain of the ship deems the emergency to be resolved. If the Captain has been incapacitated, please recognize the proper chain of command as per Trident Operations Manual SOTS-01-02.07.
In addition, all interior door lock mechanisms for passenger cabins and all mustering areas will be set to "unlocked" to allow for uninhibited crew access. Emergency lighting and audio announcements will remain in effect for the duration of the event.
