Activity “Speak with Bill Starsap” appears in New Homestead. He's located at the Starsap Tours kiosk next to the local museum. During the conversation, Bill will offer to give you a tour of local attractions and tell you the history of the colony. For his services, he asks for 100 credits, but if you have the Persuasion skill, you can negotiate for free. Once the tour begins, your guide will take you through the interior and surface of the New Homestead, making stops along the way, passing a total of 9 checkpoints. A leisurely journey with talking along the way will take approximately 15–20 minutes. If you like NPC escort missions, this is for you. If not, just pass by. At the end of the walk, returning to the beginning, you can leave a review and even pay a bonus of 500 credits, which will please your companions from the Constellation. Or you can respond “That was super boring. I feel like you should've been the one paying me." Completing the mission grants 200 experience.
