Progression and Strategy[]
Stealth is leveled by performing sneak attacks, so the player must use stealth in combat environments to level it up. Sneaking around civilian environments won't cut it.
It is advisable for players to get at least one level of stealth early on to get access to the stealth meter. Stealth is the preferred method for certain quests. Some companions are very poor with stealth, so going for stealth approach may mean going alone (i.e. without companions).
Stealth partners very well with Concealment.
