Tapping the Grid is a miscellaneous mission obtainable in New Atlantis.
Background[]
This mission can be kickstarted by the activity "Investigate brown-outs in the Well" which in turn is started after overhearing another character's thoughts in the streets of New Atlantis.
People in the Well have been reporting brownouts in the area for a while, and MAST finally followed-up on the concern, sending Louisa Reyez and her colleague Carl to investigate the suspicious power drain that's causing the brownouts. With Carl absent, Louisa is in need of someone to help her with the two-man job—someone to locate and power down the circuit breakers while she follows the trail of power from the monitoring station.
