- Speak to Sandra Fullerton in Deimos Staryard to receive the quest. Travel to Jake's in The Well in New Atlantis. Purchase one Jake's Stout, which will be around 350 credits, depending on which perks you have. Return to Sandra for your reward.

When speaking to Sandra Fullerton in Deimos Staryard, she will express being homesick. You can offer to fetch her a taste of home - a bottle of stout from Jake's, a bar in New Atlantis.
Jake's is located in The Well, underneath the Spacefarer's apartment (if they have purchased it).
Purchase a bottle of Jake's Stout and return to Sandra. She will be gratified and let you know she will definitely not (wink, wink) be drinking on the job. She will then grant you your reward.
