The UC Terrormorph Management Division, sometimes abbreviated to just TMD, is the response of the United Colonies to the threat posed by Terrormorphs. It was founded in 2230.
Background[]
The UC TMD finds its origins in the Terrormorph attack on Tau Ceti II. This sudden attack was performed by a Londinion strain of Terrormorph, and occurred shortly after the planet was settled. A subsequent attack on New Atlantis itself prompted further action, with investigations into what caused the sudden outbreaks, and how to combat the Terrormorph threat.
Formation[]
The TMD would officially be formed after a call was made on how to deal with the Terrormorph attacks. Working in cooperation with the UC Vanguard, the TMD dealt with the Terrormorphs throughout the galaxy.
