Zinaida Kuipers asks you to assist with distributing UC recruitment materials to various individuals in Gagarin Landing.

Bugs: If Dr. Pauline Keala is nowhere to be found, go to her Clinic. That is past Reliant Medical, down the stairs the building on the right side with the green cross at the front. Go in, open the console with ~ (or for german keyboards the letter Ö) and enter following command without the " ": "265010.moveto player". Most of the time, she likes to wander around and can sometimes be found at the Landing platform in Gagarin Landing, Sometimes she can also be off-world somewhere. However some dialogue will not trigger, if she is not at her clinic. Moving her to the clinic with a console command is the cleanest way to finish the quest, before using any setstage command.
