Unjustified is a miscellaneous mission in Starfield.
Summary[]
You can meet Katherine Luzion at the Quikshop in Underbelly. She will tell you that her husband Thomas recently died after falling from a platform into the sea, but Katherine does not believe that it was an accident. The incident was witnessed by Tevin Anastas. He is scared and at first refuses to talk about Thomas's death. You may be able to use persuasion, intimidation, or bribery to obtain information. Tevin says the name "Rusty", which he heard during the fight. After meeting Rusty himself and finding out the details, you can kill him or spare him, allowing him to leave the city.
