Wellness is a Novice Physical Skill. It increases the Spacefarer's total health points.

Progression and Strategy

Wellness isn't difficult to level during normal gameplay, as long as the player remains well stocked in healing items. The leveling process can take time between levels, especially in the early game.

Wellness is not always particularly strong, as most enemies who can burst the player down will do so with or without Wellness. It is essential for melee-oriented characters, as the player must charge into enemies who are usually ranged. Other than that, it can be thought of as a good way to top off relatively well-built characters.
